Summer Sprint Girls Badminton Singles Tournament on Sunday 12 May 2024, at SWYNG Badminton Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru.

 

 

 

The last date/time to register is 08.00 PM Sat 11 May 2022.

 

-Categories: Girls U13, Girls U15, Girls U17 & Women's Singles

 

-Participation Fee: Rs. 450 /-

 

 

 

-Format: League cum Knockout format. A single game of 21 points for matches in the league stage and the knockouts will be played for the best of three 21-point sets.

 

 

 

- Trophies & certificates for the top 2 finishers in all categories along with attractive badminton goodies.

 

The tournament starts from 3 PM onwards (tentatively)

 

 

 

Tentative Start Times

 

GU13: 03.00 PM

 

GU15: 04.30 PM

 

GU17: 05.30 PM

 

WS: 06.30 PM

 

 

 

-Standard Badminton rules are followed. Referees' decisions will be binding.

 

-Lining Champ Feather shuttles will be played. The courts at the venue are synthetic mats over a wooden floor.

 

 

 

-The last date/time to register is 08.00 PM Sat 11 May 2024.

 

- The cut-off date of birth for age categories is as below:

 

-U-13: Born on or after 01/05/2011

 

-U-15: Born on or after 01/05/2009

 

-U-17: Born on or after 01/05/2007

 

- Age-proof document must be produced for verification if asked.

 

- A player can participate in multiple age categories within the age limits viz, a U15 girl is eligible to participate in U17.

 

 

 

-Fixtures & Schedules will be shared by 10.00 AM Sun 12 May 2024. The fixture & schedule once published cannot be changed at the player's request.

 

-On-spot registrations will cost an additional Rs. 100. Accepting on-spot registrations is at the organizer's discretion.

 

-SWYNG deserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond their control and this will be duly communicated. SWYNG also reserves the right to modify/scrap a category/prize money depending on the participation count.

 

-All participants are responsible for their safety and by registering, they agree to the standard terms & conditions of any tournament.
