- All the Players should report 15 minutes prior reporting time
Other details:
- All participants must be 17 years or older.
- Participants must be residents, verified tenants, or non-resident owners of the respective apartments.
- Mixed Doubles or Doubles partners must belong to the same Apartment.
- Registration closes on 25th July 2025. No entries will be accepted beyond this date due to logistics finalization.
- All participants must carry valid residential proof (e.g., App ID like My Gate) and age proof for verification at the venue.
- All registered participants will be added to a WhatsApp group for event coordination and communication.
- Match schedules and fixtures will be released on 29th July 2025 via the WhatsApp group.
- All Rules, Fixtures, Updates, and Changes will be communicated only through this group. Please stay active.
- All matches will follow a standard knockout format with games played up to 30 points. Semi-finals and Finals will follow a best-of-3 sets format, each set played up to 15 points
- Winners earn 10 points and runners-up 8 points in Singles. In Doubles (MD/XD/WD), winners get 15 points and runners-up 10 points. These points count toward the apartment's overall score
- The Umpire’s decision will be final and binding in all matches.
- Players can track the fixtures, schedule and live score by logging on to our website www.mysportsareana.com
- The apartment with the best overall performance across all categories will be awarded the Tournament Champions Trophy. The final decision will rest with the Chief Referee
- Individual winners and runners-up will also be felicitated.
- The Yonex Mavis 350 Plastic Shuttle will be used throughout the tournament.
- Players must report at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match time.
- Players are expected to maintain sportsman spirit, respect fellow participants, volunteers, and referees.
- Any form of misconduct, argument, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in disqualification.
- All participants must be 17 years or older.
